We issue the apostille to 99% of UK documents. If you are not sure how to order or how much your document will cost please contact us for help. We can legalise standard documents like birth certificates, marriage certificates, death certificates and no impediment certificates and more complicated documents for companies and international banks. *Processing times subject to FCDO.

If you are happy for us to legalise copies of your company documents then we can often accept your order via email. Please complete the above order form and scan and email it to us along with your documents. Typical examples of documents we can accept by email are certificates of incorporation, mem and arts, company registration documents and Companies House forms.
Please note the regulations require that some document types can only have an apostille attached to the original document. Examples of documents that must be legalised as originals (and therefore posted to us) are Criminal Record Background (CRB) checks and General Registry Office (GRO) certificates e.g. birth certificates. Please feel free to email us with details of the documents you have and we will advise if we can accept them via email or if they need to be posted to us.

Call us with details of your documents and contact details. You can send payment with your documents or provide card details at the time you call us. Alternatively we can email you an online card payment link or supply bank transfer payment instructions. We may still need you to post us your documents with an order form as detailed above. Some documents can be accepted by email if we do not need to apostille the original, please call us to discuss if this is possible.
If you need any advice or information regarding your documents or how to order please do not hesitate to contact us. One of our advisors will answer your questions in one simple phone call or answer your email normally within 1 working hour.
