What happens to
your document?
It is important to process documents correctly to avoid delays and further expenses. When we legalise your document we will check the document to ensure it has been created correctly and that it is suitable for the apostille service. When documents need to be certified by a solicitor we will include this in our service. The documents are then hand delivered to the FCDO (often called the Foreign Office) for the apostille.
On completion, your document will have an apostille certificate attached. Since 11 September 2026 Vietnam accepts the apostille on its own, so there is no embassy submission and no attestation fee.
