Not all documents that are issued digitally can have an e-apostille!
It is essential that a document can be verified before legalisation.

For example. A Levels, GCSEs, BTECs and other academic documents cannot be verified using online services. We need to see the physical documents. We cannot accept PDF documents in good faith. The electronic apostille (e-apostille) can only be added to documents we have verified or when our solicitor knows the source of the documents.
