UAE Attestation Samples
Following the changes to UAE attestation of UK documents in February 2025, we thought we should walk you through the new attestation process. Providing sample UAE attestation pictures to demonstrate how your attested documents will be presented on completion.
When you use our attestation service we provide a complete service. From solicitor certification, to FCDO apostille, submission to the UAE Embassy, and emailing you the completed PDF attestation.
How to View Your UAE Attestation?
Visit the UAE Embassy Website to View Attestation
When the UAE attestation is complete the attested document is available as a PDF on the UAE website.
Visit https://verify.mofa.gov.ae/
Select the ‘Document Status’ option.
Enter Your Unique Attestation Code
You will be prompted to enter some details to view the document and attestation.
Enter your
- Unique attestation code
- Attestation date.
Click ‘Submit’.
Downloading the Document
You can now download a PDF document that includes-
- A scan of your document
- A scan of the apostille
- The UAE Embassy attestation page
Click ‘Download’ to view and save.
Sample UAE Attestation
You now have your UAE attestation.
This is a sample of a document attestation.
When we attest a document for you we will take care of the entire process and provide you with the PDF by email.
You do not need to complete all of the steps we have discussed. It is all done for you.
How to Attest Documents for the UAE?
- STEP 1 – The document needs the FCDO apostille. The UAE Embassy do not accept the e-apostille yet, and a paper apostille is required.
- STEP 2 – The document is then submitted, with the apostille attached, to the embassy.
- STEP 3 – The embassy will scan the document and the apostille certificate.
- STEP 4 – The attestation is added as an extra page with the PDF scan of the document.
- STEP 5 – Attested documents are returned to you by email.
- STEP 6 – We return your physical documents to you with the apostilles attached
