Have Your Documents Sent Straight to Us – Save Time and Postage
As part of our legalisation services, we generally need original documents to be sent to us.
We are often asked by our clients if they can arrange for the issuing organisation to send the documents directly to us.
Yes – this is completely fine and often speeds up the process.
It also reduces postage costs and avoids delays caused by forwarding documents between multiple addresses.
After placing your order online, you’ll receive a unique order number. That number should be quoted clearly when your document is sent, whether it’s coming from you or directly from the issuing authority.
Common examples include:
ACRO police certificates sent directly to us
Degree certificates posted by UK universities
Replacement birth or marriage certificates from the General Register Office (GRO)
How it Works
Here’s a step-by-step guide to help you arrange direct delivery to us:
Place your order through our website and make a note of your order number
Request the document from the issuing body or organisation
Give our delivery address to the sender, including your order number in the first line as shown below
The Apostille Service (Order number)
Union House
111 New Union Street
Coventry
CV1 2NT
You will receive an SMS update when we receive the document to let you know the order is in progress! (If you opt into this when placing the order.)
Why Use Direct Delivery?
Having documents sent to us directly by the issuing body helps reduce turnaround time and simplifies the entire process.
Just remember to always include your order number in the address, and we’ll take care of the rest.
