Why Choose Our Translation Service

Get your order started immediately by emailing your document to us. We can confirm the fee and processing time so that we can begin translating your documents. We complete most translation orders in just 24 hours. Larger documents will take longer depending on their size and complexity.

Translations can be issued with the apostille certificate upon completion. Our fully inclusive apostille service will ensure the document is checked, certified by one of our solicitors and then legalised with the FCO.

If you have a document translated that is required in a country that is not a member of the Hague convention we can arrange for the translation to be attested at the relevant embassy in London. We take care of the full process from start to finish.

We are able to provide translations and apostille services for virtually all UK documents and certificates. For a guide to some of the documents that we regularly process please see our apostille documents page.

Translating documents requires a professional service provided by experienced translators. Our certified translation service will ensure your important papers are quickly and professionally processed. Do not use free online translations when presenting documents overseas. Poor translations may lead to your documents being rejected and can cause embarrassment.

With expert translators on hand we can translate your documents into over 100 languages. We translate personal documents like birth certificates, marriage certificates, and powers of attorney and corporate documents like company reports, memorandum and articles of association, contracts and agreements. From one page to one hundred we can help.

All translations are prepared by a qualified translator in their native tongue. If you need a document translating from English to Spanish, we use a translator that speaks Spanish as their first language. This ensures a better quality of translation.

Official Translations

The first point to clarify is that there is no official register of translators. Anyone claiming to be an official translator is misleading you. We work with a wide network of translators located around the world. This allows us to select a translator that is qualified and best suited to the area of expertise (certificates, legal, technical, etc.).

Certification

All translations are certified by one of the team. The translation will be proof read and a cover sheet prepared confirming the accuracy of the document.

This is a standard certification that is added to every translation we prepare. This is included in the fee. If you need any additional certification this needs to be discussed before the order is placed. We can arrange for a translation to be signed by a solicitor or we can provide an apostille for a translation.

Embassy Translations

We process thousands of documents every year. If a document is being submitted to an embassy in the UK or overseas, it is the customer’s responsibility to check if they have any specific requirements. Some embassies may ask you to use one of their preferred translators. In addition some organisations overseas may ask you to get the document translated at the embassy or provide you with specific instructions.

If you are not sure what type of translator you need, we recommend you ask the person requesting the document if they have any preferences.

You can read our translation disclaimer in full here.
