The Apostille Service is OPEN - Covid-19 Update
UPDATED 19 JULY 2021
We are legalising all UK documents with the apostille certificate. We are a registered UK Apostille Service working with the FCDO (previously the FCO) to legalise documents. We are still open and processing as normal, our staff are working normally with social distancing measures at our offices. Customers are not permitted to enter our offices at this time but can hand deliver to our post box. You can order apostille services today!
Many businesses in the UK are currently being affected by the current pandemic and the government guidance regarding self isolation. We have also been affected by this which means we are currently working with limited staff and are under capacity.
Query Response Times
We are doing all we can to respond to enquires via email as quickly as possible. There may be a slight delay in email response times in the short term. Are phone lines are available from 9.30am to 4.30pm for urgent enquiries.
How can we help with Apostille Certificates?
Yes! It is business as usual and we can still obtain the apostille for UK documents. Usually this is completed in 1-2 working days and we will do our best to complete orders within this time. However, under the current circumstances, and with limited capacity in our office due to government restrictions, orders may take longer than usual. Please bear this in mind when placing your order. We are unable to guarantee processing times. Some apostille orders may take 3-4 working days at present.
Legalising documents with the apostille is an essential service. We are assisting customers with documents that are often time critical. This may include the exportation of food, legal contacts, urgent travel home, repatriation of a body, power of attorneys, working abroad and many other important reasons to request an apostille.
Whilst services are operating we can also assist with less important matters like visa applications, legalising academic documents, registration of a birth overseas and getting married abroad to name a few.
Embassy Attestation Update
Many embassies are currently working normally but some are working limited hours.
Deliveries outside of the UK
There may be delays for deliveries leaving the UK. Some countries have imposed temporary restrictions on UK air, sea and rail traffic. It is not clear how this will delay Royal Mail or DHL as some of their deliveries are sent as cargo on passenger flights in addition to using their own dedicated vehicles. Please expect delays for the foreseable future.
Deliveries within the UK
Domestic deliveries may be affected in some areas due to social distancing and staffing issues caused by possible self isolation requirements.
