Apostille Service and Platinum Jubilee

This June there will be two public holidays (bank holidays) as the UK celebrates the Queen's Platinum Jubilee.

How will this affect the apostille service?

No apostille certificates will be issued from 2 June to 6 June 2022! Any orders being processed on or after 1 June will not complete until at least 7 June.

In addition to the two public holidays the FCDO government office, that issues the apostilles, is closing for a third day on Monday 6 June.

  • 2 June 2022 - FCDO Closed
  • 3 June 2022 - FCDO Closed
  • 4 June 2022 - FCDO Closed
  • 5 June 2022 - FCDO Closed
  • 6 June 2022 - FCDO Closed

Embassy Attestation Delays

Most of the embassies in London will close on the public holidays. It is likely there will be some delays to embassy orders due to the closures at the FCDO and embassies.

We appreciate this may be frustrating to some customers. We will complete all orders as quickly as possible.
