Services available to supply an Official UK Apostille Certificate

We can supply various levels of service dependant on your needs and type of document requiring legalisation. We not only offer the Official Apostille Service for documents being presented in Hague conference member countries but can also offer further legalisation through relevant embassies. This additional legalisation is sometimes referred to as Super Legalisation and the procedure, costs and timescale's vary from one embassy to another.

We also offer services of varying speeds so if you have an urgent request we can often provide a same day service, please contact us to discuss availability and costs.

Tier 1 Apostille -

Some documents can be legalised with an apostille certificate without needing further official certification. These types of document come under our Tier 1 service. The standard timescale for this type of document is 5 working days although it can take a little longer during peak periods - Apostille prices available here

Tier 2 Apostille -

If your document requires further certification before the Apostille Certificate is arranged then the document will come under our Tier 2 service. Tier 2 documents may take a day longer to arrange than a tier 1 document depending on what we must do to make the document suitable for the issue of an apostille - Apostille prices available here

Multiple Documents -

It may be possible to legalise multiple documents under one apostille certificate which offers considerable savings. This does depend on the type of document. Please contact us to discuss. This may incur a small additional handling charge but will save on the cost of multiple Apostille's being issued.

Super Legalisation Service -

For documents being presented in counties which are not members of the Hague Conference (and relevant Convention) it may be necessary to carry out further Legalisation. This typically requires issuing an apostille on either Tier 1 or 2 above and then arranging further legalisation. Please contact us for guidance on this as each country has its own procedures and considerable variations in cost.
